After your order is placed and received, there is generally a 1-2 day processing period.
Orders should ship within 2-3 days from receipt of order, not including weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped your tracking information will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided in your order. We will make every attempt to ship your order in one shipment. Should items ordered need to be shipped individually from your main shipment, due to size, you will receive tracking for both shipments.

Special Shipping Promotions - At times we may offer special shipping promotions such as FREE sitewide shipping or a Flat Rate Shipping promotion like $3.99. These shipping promotions generally ship via the most affordable carrier method. Should you need an item(s) to arrive by a specific day there are a variety of shipping options below for additional methods of delivery.

Any customs or import duty is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Brava Home Decor is not responsible for payment of any customs fees, import duties, or any local/country tax on any shipped international orders shipping from the USA.
Should any package be returned due to unpaid import duties/tax or any other reason, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to re-pay the shipping fees to have the order re-shipped. Should the customer want a refund only the merchandise value including any applicable discounts or promotions will be refunded. Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. In addition, if there are any shipment return fees as a result of the package being sent back to us those will also be deducted from the merchandise total before your refund is processed.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
If a shipment is returned due to multiple delivery attempts by a shipping carrier or a customer not available to accept delivery we can provide the following options:
1) The package can be re-shipped at the customer's expense. If the order qualified for Free Shipping then the customer would have to pay the applicable shipping cost for re-delivery of the package. An alternate address would also need to be provided so as to not encounter another package return.
2) The order can be returned and a refund issued for the merchandise total only back to the customer's original form of payment, minus any shipping cost that was paid. Shipping Costs would not be eligible for a refund. If the order qualified for free shipping and the customer requests it be refunded after the package is returned the amount of the shipping will be deducted from the merchandise refund. If the package is returned after the return policy (30 days from the purchase date), a 30% re-stocking fee would also be deducted from the refund amount with any applicable shipping fees. The final amount would then be issued as a store credit to be used online at a later date. No refunds back to the original form of payment will be honored after 30 days.
